To begin with, we are often coaxed with the idea of providing a better detail and definition for anything. So, Who a CEO actually is? ILLUMINATI...definitely not. A CEO is that person within an organisation, company or an institution who holds the responsibility for taking all managerial decisions. This Chief Executive Officer (CEO) can even be the Owner, a Corporate Officer, Executive or Managing In charge. For some companies, a CEO is an executive appointed by the Board of Directors; but yet there are several others who are not a mere puppet of Rhetoric’s. They are those diligent authorities inspiring the world to change, not to cling with the same monotonous or orthodox theories but bringing out the high-level implementations and strategies. In India, the most loved CEO would have all eyes upon him because this country has decided to opt for an Era of Change, Era for Upliftment, Era for Honesty, Reality and overall DEVELOPMENT. India is not looking for a meagre #think-tank….we are looking for that Super-Executive cum powerful Businessman who not only knows #HOW TO MAKE HAY WHEN THE SUN SHINES but also he/she would be having the potential of a #WORLDLEADER.
Some CEO’s changed the perception of how we look at this World and they made us believe that yes a single person has the potential for that breakthrough. Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Larry Page are just a few of those examples. But how a few top notch Indians managed to bag this #WorldManagerial position. Aren’t we Indians undermining the efforts of our fellow Indians, under-estimating their beguiling spirits? Yes, we definitely are. So, whom does India love the most? Who is that enchanting Saviour of the unruly Indian economics? Will it be the one who has reduced the Cross-cultural tangibility? Is it the one who is the President of a Giant Business organization employing several in need or the one who has managed to be make India a part of #WorldReputation.
#CEO #INDIANLEADERS #BESTCEO’S…These days CEO’s are really #Workaholics. I mean Fanatics….really pious people. Their solo motto is result, perfection and the attributes of their employees. For me they must be those Geeks hovering around in perfect solitude looking for every reason to make the work-place a perfection. Sometimes, it seems they must be having an all-time solution to whatever problems their employees are having. Gosh, Are they this great or perfect? Even if they are, then. How did they manage to be this Zealous. Are they Dogmatic or Diplomatic, Rebel or an Activist? Mind-Boggling, isn’t it????
According to my view-point India needs a #DiehardOptimist..Diehard because yeah its India and Optimist because after all of that cumbersome politics, the whirlpool of media analytics and #ENMASSE ,it really becomes very hard to maintain that level of Striving and Enthusiasm. For me, one perfect CEO would be Rahul Dravid, the veteran Cricketer. #THEWALL.. as we know him, could forthright straighten up the arrogance of the bowlers. Shoaib Akhtar, running at a speed of 140 kmph, Dravid on the crease, and lo and behold…a simple shot, a little effort and 4 runs. It would have really pained me, had I been the bowler. What level of patience man. Atleast, for people like me, I need 2-3 hours of deep meditation every day to get to that level as him. CEO with this Cool as him would certainly have a run for their money. The best fact about him is that he is never traumatized by the Indian media and Speculations. Had he been the CEO,none of his employees would poise too hard for getting appraisals and they would have an ear for sharing their problems with. His belief would let people hold a faith in him; leading to #Investments #Reliability…and #Enthusiasm. India would definitely love this CEO.
Frankly speaking, In India these days, it is utmost important that as a CEO you know what is a must for the betterment of Economics. Sensex, NIFTY…spam of hoardings has definitely not done as good as an #HonestPolicy can do. This CEO won’t be Taher Shah’s Angel or a Business Tycoon. His repute won’t be his concern but #India and #Indian’s would be. His key to the success of economics would be guided by his own firm beliefs. A crash in the Stock market would definitely not shatter the dreams of the people associated with him. But, definitely he would #ONE-UP the dis-belief surrounding him.
He will be embarking on the path to success…leading Fellow Indians there too…he will be.. #INDIASMOSTLOVEDCEO….
